The annual “For the Love of Thy Neighbor’’ cocktail party is scheduled to be held at the Belmar Fishing Club Saturday.

The fifth annual event, presented by the St. Vincent de Paul Society of St. Rose Church, Belmar, is set to host the party beginning at 7 p.m.

The event helps fund the society’s charitable efforts to support the poor, elderly, or those who face a sudden crisis. The night’s event will feature 25 gift baskets, each worth more than $200, with a “Restore the Shore’’ theme.
