Intermittent Bike Path Closures Continue
State DOT making bridge repairs that may affect portions of the path
Bridge work at the Route 35 and 34 bridges that intersect with the town's popular bicycle path may limit access to path users, according to a notice on the town's website.
The state Department of Transportation repairs began last week and will continue through Sept. 21, the site says, causing interruptions in the use of the path.
The deadline has been extended from the original date of Sept. 7.
