A pair of out-of-state men were arrested and charged with boosting a car from the Route 35 Kmart parking lot just hours after the pair stole it, police said.
Anselmo Garcia-Luna, 26, of Cleburne, Texas, and Vincent Rebolorio, 32, of Charlotte, N.C., were found around 9:20 p.m. Friday by Belmar police on Main Street near 13th Avenue driving the blue 2007 Hundai Sonata reported stolen from Kmart around 7 p.m., Sgt. Steven Wolter said.
Garcia-Luna and Rebolorio were each charged with car theft. Both were taken to Monmouth County jail, Freehold Township, in lieu of $15,000 bail each, Wolter said.

How "out-of-state" could they be? Two hours after the theft they were caught one mile away? Sounds like they might have just needed a ride back to Belmar.
