I don't care why they came here but thank God they are on our team. Nice to see point beach getting players from other towns/etc the past few years. Boys team doing so well still...local kids playing and fitting in nicely too.

What? Local kids playing...shouldn't they be playing??? Fitting in nicely too! What is this supposed to mean? If they are local kids why would they have to fit in. They are local kids from here. Shouldn't it be the other way around. The new kids that chose to come to the "Beach" are fitting in with the local kids.

What a season the "Beach HS" is having. Try to make a game and see these talented young players. "Keep up the good work kids".

Yes, how many times will you get kids to transfer from other programs to play wherever they choose without penalty....oh wait that can happen every year at the Beach....
Feel bad for kids that put the time into these programs only to have players show up in their Jr or Senior year for a shot at a championship...tough to get behind a program doing this way....Boys and Girls

NJSIAA rules. Don't like them...fight em.

People want the "School Choice" programs...but when a parent makes the choice to send their kids to a different school...they get bashed for doing it. Interesting concept.

The process and fight was a waste of time. NJSIAA ruled based on all these parents moving into the town by renting for their kids or others living with a resident that lives in the town already.... guidance from our school system. There is no "School Choice" programs....Where is the choice or fair to those who actually own, pay taxes in this town? It is not worth owning in this town. Everyone should just pay rent.

Which Gulls are you talking about? The two transferred girls who don't even live here. If any one caught the SCT game It says it all on how the season has been going...The Coach and School should be really proud....I feel bad for the rest of the team. @Clam digger, So True....It is very hard to support and get behind this program and what they have allowed and still allow. Everyone knows what is going on, west of Point Pleasant Beach, North of Point Pleasant Beach, even South of Point Pleasant Beach.
