Route 138 East Clogged For Miles
The state highway down to one lane before Allenwood Road, the site of an earlier accident
Traffic on Eastbound Route 138 at 5:10 p.m. was backed up for miles onto I-195 because of an earlier accident on the state highway involving a tractor-trailor and at least one other car seen being loaded onto a flatbed tow truck.
