Beach badge prices, lifeguard hours

Spring Lake boasts the longest uninterrupted non-commercial boardwalk in the state, stretching for more than two miles along the town's beaches.

  • Beach badges: $100 for seasonal pass; $60 for 1/2 season — Memorial Day Weekend through July 31 and Aug. 1 through Labor Day; $8 daily. Children aged 11 and younger are free. Badges are required on weekends beginning Memorial Day weekend and daily from June 20 through Labor Day; Badges are on sale prior to Memorial Day weekend at the South End Pavilion at the boardwalk and Atlantic Avenue. After Memorial Day, badges can be purchased at the North End Pavilion, too. Call 732-449-0800 ext. 631.  for more information.
  • Lifeguard hours: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends until June 20; daily 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. thereafter through Labor Day
  • Parking: Free street parking.
  • Bathrooms: Located at both the North End and South End Pavilions.
  • Food and drink: Not allowed. Concessions at the North and South End Pavilions. Smoking only in designated areas.
