Gotta wonder how many complaints there will be because after three and a half months they just have to contact FEMA during the middle of a major storm.

just wonder why they close for a storm I thought that is why they are here, those who need FEMA ,CAN NOT CLOSE THEIR PLACES AS NO FUNDING IS GETTING TO THEM, insurance DOES NOTHING FLOOD SAYS IT IS DUE TO THE WIND AND HOMEOWNERS INSURANCE SAYS ITS DUE TO THE FLOOD I am sorry for those of you have lost so much and help is only lip service. So come on Governor Christy you said that you will take on Fema if needed as well as the insurance companies I believed you, still do.

Alas, not very many of those whose wounds haven't begun to be bound up have lost a tremendous amount of faith in the Governor and the mismanaged system in general. The Governor has forgotten all of those good words he said last November and we, too, believed back then.

The disaster centers should be elevated and the victims could enter using a ladder.

Great visual--LOL. Thanks. Need humor once in a while. I am wondering how much it will cost to have my dog's house raised. Maybe I can get a doggy grant--might have more luck than I am getting paid by flood insurance. Does anyone know why they aren't paying. It seems thet have Federal monies for a while??

Well said, make FEMA elevate their help centers and storm proof them like they insist we do with our homes - and we charge them a $1 million per day they can't be open to subsidize our premiums!

Not that I got any help...Other then my taxes being raised to help everyone else, just wondering If people that already have damage & the floods & wind from this storm create MORE damage with they add to the money they are giving out? AKA will my taxes increase even more?? & YES I was effect & lost property & a vehicle

No. An official State of Emergency would have to be declared and new claims on existing damage would be beyond tough to receive a dime for.

However, the processes of evaluation go on and on and on and they consume tremendous amounts of tax money.

you gotta wonder what kind of A-Holes are working at FEMA. I was approved for housing for the first two months. So when I sent in paperwork for the next three months,,, they sent me letters twice asking for more documents. LMAO ,,for what,,,im doing the same exact thing. then they said I was denied, they said my income increased and im not paying my mortgage. lmao ,,, where do these A-Holes come up with this info. Three sets of documents later of the same schitt and my freakin mortgage payment stub,, they still deny. I said how the Faaaaaak do you come up with not being qualified when im paying double the bills with the Rent of the extra house and im out of work now so its just my wifes income, these A-Holes have no Explanation.,,,so im still appealing. Fema people are complete Idiots.

All I know is,,, I was honest with my documents and # 's and im being scootinized by FEMA. Ten people I know who put bullschitt info and scamed on the #'s are getting all they want from FEMA. Bottom line,,, bullschitt FEMA ,,don't hesitate,,, scam them cause they will not question it unless your honest.
