Teacher's Union Office Turned Into Distribution Center
Collection station overflowiing with goods; town okay's distribution
The Wall Township teachers' union office on Route 35 started the day Monday as a collection center for storm-related goods.
But by mid-day, the town had given the okay to start distributing items from the Wall Township Educational Association office that became inundated with donations, officials said.
The collection and distribution continues Tuesday.
Any Wall Township resident in need of clothing, blankets, food or other items to help battle the cold and lack of power may come down to the office, located at 1865 Route 35 across from the Circus Drive-In, and take whatever is needed, according to Daniel Simon, schools superintendent.
Volunteers are also welcome to help distribute items.
The center is in need of cleaning supplies, batteries food and water. Donations of warm winter coats and blankets also are greatfully accepted.

Yes we will be at the Wall Township Education Association office from 9-2 on Tuesday. It is located at 1865 Route 35 South in Wall (right after the Circus Drive In) We are still looking for non-perishable food, water, blankets, cleaning supplies, batteries, baby items, and garbage bags. We could use any help we can get to distribute to local shelters and townships.
Thanks
