Lemonade Stand Saturday To Benefit Central School Student
Local Girl Scout troop helping classmate with collected donations
Girl Scout Troop 819 will be setting up a lemonade stand at on Saturday in support of a hospitalized students' family.
The stand will be set up in the main parking lot at 2007 Allenwood Road between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. Lemonade is free, but donations to help offset the medical expenses for a Central School fifth grader are greatfully appreciated.
The student, who remains in the hospital, was injured during a car accident over spring break, Troop offiicals said.
Donations also can be made at the Central School office during normal school hours.
