Allaire State Park - Funeral of Frances Duncan Allaire, 19th Century Mourning Customs

The Howell Works residents will depict the mourning customs of the 1830s which will start as the funeral procession makes its way from the Allaire household to the Chapel.  After the service, villagers and visitors are invited to pay their respects back at the Allaire Home.
