Members of the Friendly Sons of the Shillelagh Pipes & Drums band gave a short performance at West Belmar School Thursday morning in celebration of St. Patrick's Day. The school emptied out onto the playground to hear a few numbers from the band under clear skies shortly after 10 a.m. Members of the group stopped at several area locations Thursday, continuing a longstanding tradition.
