Wall Police Now Assisting in Neptune Manhunt For Armed Man Near Town Border

Wall Police are assisting Neptune Police as a search continues for a man considered armed and dangerous, seen near the northern portion of the area of the towns' border.

Wall police encouraged anyone who witnesses suspicious activity to call the tip line, 732-449-4500. Police presence continues in the Shark River Park area and detours may cause delays.

The incident surrounds an armed robbery of the Route 33 QuickCheck in Neptune earlier today.

The subject is described as a white male in his 30’s with a tattoo on his neck. He was last seen wearing a black t-shirt with lighter print, dark colored jeans and white sneakers.

Members of the police department continue to assist the Neptune Police Department searching for a subject who is considered armed and dangerous.

Although it is unknown if the subject is still in the area of the Wall/Neptune Township border, we are proactively monitoring the area and searching for the subject in the northern portion of town. 

Anyone with information who witnesses any suspicious activity in the area is urged to contact the Wall Township Police Department at (732) 449-4500.
