Deborah Venedam Appointed Branch Vice President Of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage In Wall

WALL, N.J. – (Dec. 6, 2013) – Hal Maxwell, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New Jersey and Rockland County, N.Y., is pleased to announce that Deborah "Debbie" Venedam has been appointed branch vice president of the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office in Wall. Venedam will be responsible for the oversight of approximately 40 affiliated sales agents serving communities throughout Monmouth County and surrounding areas.

Venedam entered real estate in 1978 and has been a licensed broker since 1987. She was originally a Coldwell Banker manager and then a manager with Schlott Realtors, which was acquired by Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in 1990. Most recently, Venedam managed Gloria Nilson and Co. Real Estate’s Pt. Pleasant office. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors and New Jersey Association of Relators (NJAR), and has been named to the NJAR Distinguished Sales Club.
