Recall: Some Mini-Wheats Cereal Contain Metal Fragments

Cereal maker voluntarily recalling products that may contain shards of faulty machinery

A recall has been issued for certain Kellogg's breakfast cereals because some could contain metal framents.

Kellogg's has initiated a voluntary recall of cereal due to the possible presence of fragments of flexible metal mesh from a faulty manufacturing part, the company said.

Products covered by the recall include Frosted Mini-Wheats Bite Size Original and Mini-Wheats Unfrosted Bite Size with the letters KB, AP or FK before or after the "Best If Used Before" date.

Don't do it. The Patch just wants others to do its job. The Patch reporter was moved to the HowellRead More Patch. Wall no longer has a reporter specifically assigned to our town. No longer do we have a reporter attending meetings and reporting on the important news relating to Wall.
