Storm surge already high, hours before high tide, closing bridge near Route 35
This video shows the Shark River spilling over Belmar Boulevard Monday morning, forcing the closure of the bridge near Route 35. The water also spilled over the bridge on Brighton Avenue on the other side of town Monday morning.
