Wall Republican Club Meeting

The Wall Republican Club will meet on Tuesday, September 27, at the Wexford Assisted Living Facility, Rt. 35, in Wall.  The night’s guest speaker will be Michael Oppegaard, Monmouth County Emergency Management Coordinator, who will present an informative presentation on  “Emergency Preparedness – Getting Ready for Nature’s Next Disaster after Hurricane Irene.” Members are encouraged to bring their questions about preparing for emergencies and available resources for dealing with nature’s fury – a quake, a hurricane, a tornado, or a Northeastern storm.

In addition, elected officials will be on hand to discuss Wall’s latest happenings. All Wall residents are welcome to attend. Refreshments will be served.  The next meeting, “Candidates Night,” will be held on Tuesday, October 25.   For more information, log on to www.WallRepublicans.com or call Wilma Morrissey, President, at 732-938-3550.
