The Chipper Clipper

Gobble up the savings!

Thanksgiving is next week! I hope you have used your local stores promotions to your advantage.

Some couponers have asked me what my system is for storing and organizing my coupons. In the past I used the accordion file by expiration, but found I missed out on many of the coupons, simply because I couldn't find it when I needed it. Thought about using the baseball card file system because it is easy to view, but didn't have any handy or the time to get them. What I did have on hand was an empty binder with pockets inside the front and back covers (which I use for circulars), and old photograph holder pages. TA-DA! Now I organize them alphabetically and find that it saves me time, not only while sorting, but if I'm in the store and have to find one while perusing the aisles, or quicky at checkout.

All the best to you and yours for a wonderful Thanksgiving!
