Full-Day Kindergarten Registration Continues

Wall Township Public Schools held another Full- Day Kindergarten Registration Session on the evening of Monday, June 2, at the Wall Intermediate School Auditorium. The session outlined the registration process and gave parents an opportunity to meet their building principals, and the Director of Curriculum & Instruction, Jill Dobrowansky.

The Wall Township Board of Education unanimously approved its 2014-2015 fiscal budget at their monthly Board of Education meeting on April 28, 2014. The 2014- 2015 budget included the necessary funding for the district to offer a full-day Kindergarten program at all four of their elementary schools in the Fall of 2014.

All Kindergarten curricula will be aligned to New Jersey Common Core Standards (e.g. Mathematic and English/Language Arts) and New Jersey Core Curriculum Content Standards which include the following: Science & STEM, Social Studies, World Language, Physical Education/Health, Visual & Performing Arts, 21st Century Learning Skills, Holocaust/Genocide Caring Makes A Difference, and Technology.
