Vote NO!

As you may know, the New Jersey Assembly Health and Senior Services Committee released A2270, theDeath with Dignity Act, from committee to the full Assembly on June 5th. Two amendments were made to the bill: the name of the bill was changed to theNJ Aid in Dying for the Terminally Ill Act; the bill was changed from a referendum ballot question to a bill to be voted on in the Assembly. TheNJ Aid in Dying for the Terminally Ill Act is expected to be scheduled for a vote in the full Assembly before the end of June. Please contact your two Assemblypersons and one State Senator by phone and email to ask them to vote no on A2270/S382. Visit the NJCC Action Center at https://votervoice.net/NJCC/home to send an email to your state representatives and for additional information about A2270.
