Ann Marie Allen, 60, Of Wall, Dies

Ann Marie Allen, 60, of Wall Township, died Saturday, Oct. 5, 2013 at her home surrounded by her family. Born in Orange, NJ, she lived in East Orange, before moving to the Jersey Shore 32 years ago. Ann Marie was a vocalist for St. Catharines and St. Margarets RC Church in Spring Lake. She was a member of the choir for over 25 years.

Ann Marie is survived by her husband of 37 years, Brian; her son, Eric of Philadelphia, PA; her 2 daughters, Bridget Mabey of Highland Lakes, NJ and Eimile at home in Wall; 2 brothers, Thomas Curtin of Norway and Daniel Curtin of Miami, FL and 4 sisters, Mary Ann Thompson of Flemington, NJ, Patricia Mako of Louisiana, Eileen Boonen of New York and Carolyn Curtin of Asbury Park, NJ. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Gathering will be held on Wednesday, October 9, 2013 from 6:00 to 8:00pm and Thursday, October 10, from 9:00 to 10:00am at the Neary-Quinn Funeral Home, 39 South Street, Manasquan, NJ. A Memorial Mass will be offered on Thursday, October 10, 2013 at 10:30 am at St. Catharine RC Church in Spring Lake.
