Asbury Man Charged In School Burglary

Charged with burglary and theft of four DVD/VCR machines

An Asbury Park man has been arrested and charged with burglary and theft after a Halloween break-in at a local school, authorities said.

Justin Bingham, 20, was charged with one count each of burglary and theft for his connection to an Oct. 31 break-in at the Rugby School, 1604 Woodfield Rd. Bingham broken in and stole four DVD/VCR players from the alternative school, according to an arrest warrant.

Bingham also was charged with a break-in in Eatontown, according to the warrant. He was taken to Monmouth County jail, Freehold Township, in lieu of $14,500 bail, according to jail records.
