Assault By Auto Charges For Wall Township Man In 3-Car Collision
Five injured in crash early Sunday morning.
A Wall Township man was charged with drunken driving and assault by auto after causing a three-car collision early Sunday morning that injured five, police said.
Xairsinio Cisneros, 33, was driving a 2009 Jeep Grand Cherokee and rear-ended a Chevy Tahoe stopped at a traffic light at Route 35 and Allaire Road around 1:09 a.m. Sunday, Sgt. Mike Tozer said.
The collision pushed the Tahoe into the rear of a taxicab. Five people were treated for injuries at the scene.

Cisneros was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated and assault by auto. He was taken to Monmouth County jail, Freehold Township, in lieu of $2,500 bail, Tozer said.
