Belmar Woman Charged With Crack And Heroin Possession
A Belmar woman on Saturday was arrested and charged in Wall Township with possession of crack and heroin and a host of other charges during a traffic stop that also left her father charged, police said.
Daniela Voltaggio, 31, was arrested and charged with possession of crack, possession of heroin, possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of hypodermic syringes and drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop on Route 35 around 2:18 a.m., Sgt. Todd Czech said.
Voltaggio also was charged with possession of a false government identification, identity theft and credit card fraud, Czech said.

During the stop Voltaggio gave two false identification before her arrest that she supported with a driver’s license and a credit card, Czech said.
Voltaggio also had five active warrants out for her arrest – three no-bail Monmouth County warrants, one $10,000 Monmouth County warrant and a $406 Neptune Township warrant, Czech said.

Voltaggio’s passengers – Amanda Stadler, 24, of Asbury Park and her father, James Voltaggio, 56, of Belmar – vouched for Daniela Voltaggio’s false identification. Each was charged with hindering, Czech said.
Voltaggio was taken to Monmouth County jail, Freehold Township, in lieu of $34,000 cash bail, Czech said.
