Bradley Beach Man Charged With Burglary

Man faces burglary charges from Wall and Interlaken

A Bradley Beach man is in county jail charged with burglary, theft and criminal mischief stemming from incidents in three area towns, including Wall.

Michael C. Hanisch is charged with burglary, theft and criminal intent after an April 18 burglary at an 8th Avenue residence and an April 10 incident on Cammar Drive, according to court documents.

Hanisch pushed in the front screen window of a home on 8th Avenue and stole items worth about $4,000, according to the arrest warrant. Hanisch is also charged with casing a Cammar Drive residence, ringing the doorbell and checking the doors of the residence, according to the arrest warrant.

Hanisch also faces similar charges in Aberdeen Township and Interlaken. He is at the Monmouth County Jail, Freehold Township, in lieu of a combined bail of $157,500, according to jail records.
