Brick Woman Burglarized Car, Stole $5K in Property, Indictment Charges
Jennifer Spinelli is also accused of credit card theft.
A 31-year-old Brick woman is accused of breaking into a car in Middletown and taking $5,000 worth of cash and electronics.
Jennifer Spinelli was indicted by a Monmouth County grand jury on Tuesday on five counts.
On Oct. 5, 2013, Spinelli allegedly burglarized the car and took an iPhone, an iPad and money. She is also accused of stealing a credit card and using it in various locations in Middletown and Neptune.
Spinelli has been charged with burglary, theft, credit card theft, fraudulent use of a credit card and attempted fraudulent use of a credit card.
