Accident shuts Exit 100 for about an hour

A North Arlington woman was ejected from her car Friday morning after striking a light pole on a Garden State Parkway exit ramp in town, police said.

Camille Bruno-Galanti, 58, was taken by Wall First Aid to Jersey Shore University Medical Center, Neptune, with non-life threatening injuries, State Police Trooper Christopher Kay said.

Bruno-Galanti lost control of her black, 2007 Nissan Altima on the southbound ramp of Exit 100 around 10 a.m., Kay said. The car struck a light pole and Bruno-Galanti was ejected. There were no passengers in the car and no other vehicles were involved, Kay said.
