Former Wall Schools Superintendent James F. Habel has been cleared by a grand jury of an alleged cover-up of accusations of child molestation in the Wall Township school district, according to the Asbury Park Press.

This is in addition to the same chargeĀ dropped in connection with Sandra Brower, Habel's former assistant superintendent who then went on to work as Lacey Schools Superintendent, as Patch reported Monday.

Habel, who has since moved out of Point Pleasant Borough where he was living for at least part of the time he served as Wall superintendent, is still facing a separate 17 count indictment alleging mortgage fraud and defrauding the school district.

Dirtbag gets away with it all. I am sure he and his partner in crime struck a deal for all his other troubles. I am sure he will get a slap on the wrist for all his stealing and corruption charges too. He will get charged with only a few out of 17 and be a free man that he doesn't deserve to be. All these White Color Crimes have nerve calling out criminals when they are just as bad themselves.

I can't stand this dirtbag of a man. If that is what you want to call him. He is a weak SOB who totally did not care about the kids at all. He refused to change problems that he definitely knew what was going on under his tenured. It is just wrong. The educators know what they are doing. It is all on the backs of the kids. The kids are always put last with the exception of the few who get special treatment that is connected in some way. We all know about the shameful politics that go on which is on the backs of the kids too.
