Heroin Possession Charges For Manchester Woman Arrested In Wall

Police say she had 9 wax folds of heroin, marijuana and hypodermic needles

A Manchester woman on Tuesday appeared in court to face charges of drug possession stemming from an arrest in Wall on Monday, according to court documents.

Tamika S. Westbrooks, 29, was arrested and charged with possession of nine folds of heroin, a small bag of marijuana, and hypodermic needles, according to the arrest warrant.

Westbrooks was taken to Monmouth County jail, Freehold Township, in lieu of $11,000 bail, according to the warrant.
