Howell Woman Faces Forgery Charges

Indictments handed up by Monmouth County Grand Juries

A Howell woman faces forgery charges after being caught forging checks in the area, according to an indictment handed up Thursday.

Donna L. Fairbairn, 50, of Oak Glen Road was indicted on two counts by a Monmouth County grand jury for incidents occurring around the county between October and December.

Fairbairn was indicted on one count of third degree forgery for forging checks in and around Manasquan, Sea Girt and Wall, the indictment says.

She was also indicted on one count of third degree theft by deception for obtaining more than $500 as a result of the forgery, according to the indictment.
