Police say teen who lives in same development broke into home
A township teen was arrested and charged with burglary following an afternoon break-in earlier this month, police said Tuesday.
The 16-year-old boy, whose name is being withheld because of his age, was charged with a single count of burglary and one count of theft on Sept. 22, following a break-in on the 800 block of Justin Circle, located in The Mews development at Routes 33/34, Lt. Walter Pomphrey said.
Police began investigating following the Sept. 2 burglary, which occurred between 5:30 p.m. and 8 p.m., Pomphrey said.
