A 37-year-old man suffered a head injury Monday when a tractor-trailer overturned on the ramp from Route 34 South to 195 westbound

A 37-year-old man suffered a head injury Monday when a tractor-trailer overturned on the ramp from Route 34 South to 195 westbound, police said. 

The driver, Grant Aaron-Ant Barbour, Philadelphia, 37, suffered a head injury and was transported to Jersey Shore University Medical Center by Wall EMS, police said.

Upon arrival on Monday, at 5:15pm,, police noticed the overturned trailer had spilt a load of construction material along the ramp that had to be closed for approximately four hours.

There were no other vehicles involved in the accident.

Wall Twp OEM responded for hydraulic fuel spilled on the roadway. NJDOT responded to assist with traffic.

Mazza & Sons Inc, Tinton Falls, is responding to clean up the construction material.  Taylor’s Towing helped remove the tractor and trailer.

Patrolman Jason Lamb is the investigating officer.
