Manasquan Man Charged With Drunken Driving

Attorney frequently before zoning and planning boards arrested Tuesday

A Manasquan man was arrested and charged with drunken driving Tuesday night, police said.

Timothy B. Middleton, 52, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated around 9:45 p.m. following a traffic stop on Route 35 near Lakewood Road, Sgt. Frank Lancellotti said.

Middleton was charged and released to the custody of a friend, Lancellotti said.

Middleton, an attorney whose office is just off the intersection where he was stopped by the police, frequently represents clients before the Wall Township Planning and zoning boards.
