Middletown Man Arrested For Drunken Driving

POLICE BRIEF: A Middletown man was arrested and charged with drunken driving early Saturday morning, police said.

Timothy R. Burton, 23, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on Route 18 around 2:20 a.m., according to a release from Sgt. Frank Lancellotti.

Burton was charged and released with a court date. Patrolman  James Cadigan was the arresting officer, Lancellotti said.
