Neptune Man Charged With Child Sexual Assault In Wall-Belmar Area

A Neptune man has been charged with sexually assaulting a child in the Wall, Neptune and Belmar area, according to Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office.
Martin Luis, 36, of Neptune was indicted for performing such acts between Oct. 13, 2001 and Oct. 13, 2007, according to the prosecutor's office.
Luis allegedly committing aggravated sexual assault by committing an act of sexual penetration with a child less than 13 years old.
He was also charged with endangering the welfare of a child for engaging in sexual conduct, which would impair or debauch the morals of a child, according to the prosecutor's office.
No information on bail was available.
