A Neptune man was arrested and charged with drunken driving following a traffic stop on Route 18 Monday, police said.
Paul Walker, 42, was charged with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop around 11:00 p.m., Sgt. Frank Lancellotti said.
Patrolman Jason Kelly was the arresting officer, Lancellotti said.
