One local and one Connecticut man indicted in separate incidents

A Connecticut man was indicted Wednesday on assault and weapons charges stemming from a November arrest, according to the three-count indictment.

Richard G. Clark, 48, of Bridgeport, Conn., faces one count of third-degree aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, one count of third degree possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose and one count of third degree unlawful possession of a weapon, according to the indictment, which was handed up Wednesday.

The charges stem from a Nov. 7 arrest in Wall Township, the indictment says.

Also handed up Wednesday was an indictment of a Wall man on a single count of possession of heroin.

Brian D. Molyvade, 29, of Holly Boulevard, faces one count of third degree heroin possession stemming from an arrest in town on Oct. 20, according to the indictment.
