Point Pleasant Man Indicted On Shoplifting Charges

A Point Pleasant man was indicted Friday on shoplifting charges stemming from a February incident at the Route 35 K-Mart, according to court documents.

Kevin R. Kelly was indicted on one count of third degree .

Kelly was caught on surveillance cameras taking about $500 in electronics and arrested by Wall Police, who were able to identify Kelly.
