Police Blotter

The Police Department provided the following information on arrests made last week.  Other information, such as the circumstances surrounding or the time of the arrest, the hometown of the person arrested or the full name of the arresting officer, was not made immediately available: 

Jennifer D. Viola, 48, was arrested and charged on Feb. 1 with illegally prescribing or administering prescription drugs at 1851 Route 35 by Officer I. Hatch.

Nicholas Carras, 43, was arrested and charged on Feb. 1 with hindering his own apprehension at 1851 Route 35 by Officer T. Dowd.

Edward A. Ceglowski, 44, was arrested Feb. 1 on a contempt of court warrant at the Garden State Parkway’s Monmouth Rest Stop by Officer S.N. Rydinsky.

Amanda Lynn Dibenedetto, 18, was arrested and charged Feb 1 with possession of cocaine and morphine at 1717 I St. by Officer I. Hatch.

Matthew Joseph Thompson was arrested on an outstanding warrant from another jurisdiction Feb. 1 at 1606 Holy Blvd., by Officer S. Fifield.

Marie S. Jenkins, 21, was arrested and charged Feb. 1 with contempt of court by Officer J. R. Costantini.

Nichaolas P. Boragi, 33, was arrested and charged Feb. 2 with driving while intoxicated at Main St. and 18th Ave., Belmar, by Officer C. Gallagher.

Robert J. Gaynor, 27, was arrested and charged Feb. 2 with fraudulently obtaining a prescription by Officer C. Scerbo.

Kyle Philip Emmons, 20, was arrested and charged Feb. 2 with distribution of less than 50 grams of marijuana by Officer S. O’Halloran.

John J. Brown, 55, was arrested and charged Feb. 2 with being under the influence in public Feb. 2 at 1608 Route 71 by Officer M.R. Tozer.

Christopher F. Hall, 23, was arrested and charged Feb. 4 with an outstanding warrant from another jurisdiction by Officer G. Fuller.

Francesco Ramano, 44, was arrested and charged Feb. 4 with an outstanding warrant from another jurisdiction by Officer S. Fifield.

John J. Brown, 55, was arrested and charged Feb. 4 with criminal trespass/unlicensed entry Feb. 4 at 2204 Route 35 by Officer E. Scarpa.

Janetta L. Davis, 36,  was arrested and charged Feb. 5 with an outstanding warrant from another jurisdiction at 1501 Allaire Rd by Officer E. Scarpa.

Michael A. Carter, 19, was arrested and charged Feb. 5 with an outstanding warrant from another jurisdiction by Officer F. A. Kuhl.

Mabel Garriga, 38, was arrested and charged Feb. 6 with an outstanding warrant from another jurisdiction by Officer F. A. Kuhl.

Kara M. Solomita, 30, was arrested and charged Feb. 7 with driving while intoxicated at 2415 Route 35 by Officer M. Shanklin.

Michelle L. Kurc, 23, was arrested and charged Feb. 7 with driving while intoxicated at 21st Street and Main St. in Belmar by Officer J. R. Costantini.
