A 70-year-old Morristown man was arrested and charged with drunk driving on Route 35 Thursday, police said.
Alfonso Dellorusso Jr., was charged by Patrolman Michael Malone with driving while intoxicated during a traffic stop, Sgt. Frank Lancellotti said in a release.
Dellorusso was charged and released to the custody of a friend, Lancellotti said.
