Police Still Searching For Father Of Slain Girl

A nationwide manhunt for the man police say killed his has yet to find the 27-year-old area man.

Authorities from 13 agencies, including the FBI, are looking for Arthur Morgan III, formerly of Eatontown. .

First Assistant Monmouth County Prosecutor Christopher Gramiccioni said the office had no updates Monday, but that they were working jointly with federal, state and municipal authorities to locate and arrest Morgan.

The America’s Most Wanted website on Saturday began listing Morgan’s picture on the front of its website, along with the story of the death of Tierra Morgan-Glover.

The girl was considered missing after she did not return home from a visitation with Morgan on Nov. 21.

The toddler's partially submerged body was discovered by local teens out walking in Shark River Park, off Schoolhouse Road. She was still strapped to a car seat when she was found, authorities have said.

An autopsy determined Tierra was the victim of "homicidal violence'' by being submerged in water, police have said.
