Police: Trio Of Arrests Follow Traffic Stops
Drunken driving, minor drug offenses among charges
Police arrested and charged a trio of area residents in unrelated traffic stops over the past two days, police said Monday.
Jonathon M. Murrin, 23, of Brick, was arrested and charged with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana after a traffic stop on Route 35 around 12:30 a.m. Monday, Sgt. Frank Lancellotti said. Patrolman James Cadigan was the arresting officer, Lancellottis said.
Daniel H. Hayes, 40, of Point Pleasant, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated following a stop on Route 35 near 18th Avenue, Sgt. Joseph Wilbert said. Hayes also was issued several traffic citations, Wilbert said.

Joshua A. Isernia, 24, of Jackson was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop for failure to maintain a lane and speeding on I-95 near the Howell boundary, Wilbert said. Patrolman James Cadigan was the arresting officer, Wilbert said.
