Police: Jailed Wall Man Violated Restraining Order

Asking bail bondsman to prod woman to co-sign bail bond lands Wall man in jail

A jailed Wall Township man, banned by court order from having any contact with a Neptune woman, had a bail bondsman ask the woman if she'd co-sign a bond to spring him from lockup, according to an arrest warrant.

Arnold R. Farmer, 58, whose last known address was at the Sea Girt Lodge on Route 35, on Nov. 29 asked a bondsman to contact a woman protected by a temporary restraining order from any contact by Farmer, to ask if she would co-sign a bond to help Farmer get out of jail.

Farmer was already in the Monmouth County jail, Freehold Township, in lieu of $25,000 bail on stalking charges, according to jail records.
