Seaside Heights Woman Nabbed on Drunk Driving Charge

Woman stopped on Route 34 around 7:30 a.m. Thursday

A Seaside Heights woman was arrested and charged with drunken driving early Thursday morning, police said.

Ruth E. Papaneri, 39, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on Route 34 near Paynters Road around 7:32 a.m. Patrolman Dan Santoro was the arresting officer, Sgt. Steven Wolter said.
