Six Arrests Overnight Sunday Cap Busy Weekend

Six more people were arrested Sunday night, capping a busy weekend for Wall Police who made numerous arrests for drunken driving and other charges.

Wojciech K. Ratkiewicz, 25, of Hamilton, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on I-195 near Route 34 around 9:30 p.m. Sunday. Patrolman James Cadigan was the arresting officer, Sgt. Joseph Wilbert said.

Zeren N. Arbakow, 42, of Howell, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct after a taxi cab driver requested assistance with a difficult passenger at Route 138 near Club Drive around 9:53 p.m. Patrolman Justin Hudson was the arresting officer, Wilbert said.

Raheem A. Martin, 31, of Elmont, N.Y., was arrested and on a New York fugitive warrant for a parole violation early Monday morning. He was also charged with hindering. Patrolman Justin Hudson was the arresting officer, Wilbert said.

Joseph A. Finelli, 22, of Bronx, N.Y., was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated after a traffic stop on Route 138 near Allenwood Road around 1:48 a.m. Monday. The car’s passenger, Brian M. Lanzetta, 23, of Katonah, N.Y., was arrested and charged with allowing Finelli to drive drunk. Patrolman James Cadigan was the arresting officer, Wilbert said.

Julie A. Einstein, 19, of Lawrenceville, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated following a stop on I-195 near the Howell boundary around 3:22 a.m. Patrolman Miles Shanklin was the arresting officer, Wilbert said.
