A Somerville man was arrested and charged with heroin possession Sunday, police said.
Robert J. Oliver, 22, was arrested and charged by Wall Police with possession of a hypodermic needle and a bottlecap containing heroin residue, according to arrest warrants.
Oliver was taken to Monmouth County jail, Freehold Township, in lieu of $10,000 bail.
