Staten Island Man Charged With Drunken Driving

Arrest follows traffic stop on Belmar Boulevard

A Staten Island man was arrested and charged with drunken driving early Monday morning, police said.

Joseph M. Boccieri, 36, was charged with driving while intoxicated by Patrolman James Cadigan following a traffic stop on Belmar Boulevard around midnight, Sgt. Frank Lancellotti said.

Boccieri was released with a court date, Lancellotti said.
