All these individuals should no better. Way past the legal age of both drinking and getting their license. Yet the young always seemed to get blame. It does not matter what age you get your license, you are either going to be responsible or not. So stop blaming the young, changing laws or mandates. Get stricter with the fines, jail time and losing their license for a longer period of time.

Don't do it. The Patch just wants others to do its job. The Patch reporter was moved to the HowellRead More Patch. Wall no longer has a reporter specifically assigned to our town. No longer do we have a reporter attending meetings and reporting on the important news relating to Wall.
