A Toms River man was arrested and charged with drunken driving in the early morning hours Wednesday, police said.
Michael Czarnecki, 25, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop at Route 35 and Ocean Road around 1:57 a.m. Wednesday, Sgt. Michael Tozer said.
Czarnecki was charged and released with a court date, Tozer said.
