Township Man Charged With Providing Alcohol To Minors
Police charge Peter Court man after juvenile was treated at medical facility Saturday
A Township man was arrested and charged with providing alcohol to minors after one of the juveniles was treated at a medical facility, police said Monday.
Francesco Romano, 45, of Peter Court was charged Saturday with the disorderly persons offense, acting on a complaint following the medical treatment of one juvenile, Lt. Walter Pomphrey said.
Police arrived at the Romano’s home around 1:35 a.m. and removed seven juveniles and released them to their families, Pomphrey said.

Romano was released pending a court hearing. Patrolman Steve Rydinsky was the arresting officer, Pomphrey said.
