Two Area Men Arrested Over Weekend
Drunken driving and minor drug possession among charges
Two area men were arrested and charged by police in separate incidents over the weekend, police said.
Patrick Ganning, 18, of Wall was arrested and charged with possession of a less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop on Route 35 around 11:35 p.m. Saturday. Patrolman James Cadigan was the arresting officer, Sgt. Frank Lancellotti said.
David Bizigotti, 24, of Neptune was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on Route 138 around 1:30 a.m. Sunday. Patrolman Miles Shanklin was the arresting officer, Lancellotti said.
